I'm currrently a journalist for a Chinese newspaper, ex-food and lifestyle writer for a Chinese magazine, current freelance translator and copy writer, part-time blogger and aspiring photographer.

This blog started as an experiment since I've many oppoturnities in trying different kinds of food and meeting really talented chefs.

My journalism experience also included a stint as a Journalist in 2003 at one of Malaysia's reputable newspapers. I've been a freelance writer and translator for some of the translation agencies and Chinese magazines in Singapore and Malaysia since 2005, contributing articles on a variety of topics in the IT, travel, health, beauty and medical fields.

I was a graduate of film and advertising, and have also worked in other industries, as a Marketing Communications Executive in educational technology firm as well as Project Executive and Copywriter at an advertising / media agency.
