I had started to write my online diary back 2003, people still not called it as – blogging. However, my first new “home” was kind of forbidden, you will only know its IP when your friends tell.

http://my.hibiscusrealm.net/choochoo. This was my first home, recorded with my sweats and tears while I’m working in Kuala Lumpur as an IT Journalist. Well, the journey of being a journalist is very exciting because I had traveled to different countries to attend press launches, regional or worldwide IT events… and it is FOC! Where did I go? Furthest was Norway, then France (because of transit :-p), Korea (Seoul and Busan), Hong Kong, Beijing, Thailand (Bangkok, Hatyai, Phuket few times), Singapore few times (quite often) and within Malaysia (Kelantan, Penang, Sabah, Pulau Phuket, JB, Melacca). Almost travel once a month and frankly, it is quite tiring too… That’s why I decided to quit after 2 years.

Ok, back to my first home page… basically, it serves as my personal home page, where I can “decorate” my front page with any pictures, texts and multimedia. You can post any articles written by you in the photo albums and articles, however everything must be original! Because your articles and photos will be recommended and featured in the community board.

But then, when I started to work in Singapore in April 2005, I decided to build another home, which is http://my.hibiscusrealm.net/josephine recording the thoughts and feels from me in Singapore. And I nearly abandon it, as it is really low traffic and lots of inactive members. However, that’s a good place to upload your photo albums; I had just updated my photo albums with my Hong Kong trip’s photos.

Since then, perhaps 2005 till now, my friends started to build their blogs in Friendster, and even Blogspots. Keep informing me to visit their blogs and stuff like that…. However, not that I refuse to visit, but I know this blogging thingy will again abandoned by them when time goes… Maybe this month you are very excited with the new blog, so then you post a lot of your feels and writings up there… but after few months, the IP is used but the blog is died. So, please my friends, do not waste the IP like me, the previous 2 blogs… And I sincerely hope that, I will continue this blog, too.
